How It Works
Measuring
A Brighthouse representative will come to your home to measure the property and provide a proposal on a customized solution for your home. This proposal will include a variety of options so you can choose what best fits your preference and budget. After you have selected and agreed to a plan, a date and time will be determined for installation.
Installing
Once measured and planned out, Brighthouse representatives will manually put together your custom solution bulb by bulb! A team of installers will then take that solution, ascend to your roof and perform the installation with the highest level of commitment to safety and professionalism. Our goal is a finished look that is precise and cheerful.
Maintaining
Throughout the holiday season, Brighthouse is committed to keeping your home looking merry and bright! As it is not uncommon for a bulb or strand of lights to burn out or fail, company representatives will drive by your home on a regular basis to ensure that lights are looking great and functioning properly. In the event a bulb or a strand isn’t working, we’ll fix it!
Removing
Shortly after the New Year holiday has concluded, Brighthouse representatives will come by and take down your lights. The take-down of lights is a much quicker process than the installation. You won’t even need to be home!
Storing
From the day your lights are taken down until the next season, your lights will be safe with us! We will store them for you at our facility. Given that each home has a custom solution, we strategically approach the take-down, wrapping and storage of lights to make sure that your home is done both correctly and efficiently the following year. And, while you are not obligated to do so, we certainly hope that you’ll use us against for installation next holiday season!
